Hey Rob, I have yet another question. Were all your jobs full time 正社員 positions or were they 1 year contract 契約社員 positions?
And also, have you ever been asked about why you switched jobs after one year? How did you respond to such a question?
I really want to be as assertive as you in terms of changing jobs so I wanna make sure I get everything right.......or at least do everything as best as I possibly can.

First job was contract, the rest were 正社員 until I went freelance.
"I switched jobs because I don't want to do X sector anymore / I want to work on Y problem now / I moved far away"
Really, anything like that
