Investment on DaaS is increasing, leading competition in software/global networking investment by building own DevOps team for each organization. I assure this is from management point of view. And if I am a manager who is building DevOps team in a starup enterprise, I would use GCP. But in a more sophisticated business, I would definitely use AWS instead. As far as I know, Tangerine for example, is training DevOps team with GCP on demand to accommodate their high volume of bank transactions on their banking applications, which is a good way to migrate and update their banking products.
Thank you for the comment, SilverHusky! That could be a good reason to choose GCP or AWS depending on additional features a sophisticated product needs. In a matter of a startup needs, it could be that GCP is the best variant.
