2021 was hard for everyone (well, 2020 honestly wasn't any better).
But for remote work it was a revolution. Some companies stood up for the challenge and lead by example. They started / continue to use remote work, async work style without cutting corners, lowering pay etc.
I think we should show them some love in return.
