Amazing and super important post! As someone trying to get into the job market, it's very clear to see that the requirements being placed on new job seekers are becoming untenable. Not only are things getting harder — they're arguably getting less fair. People with college degrees and fancy names attached to their resume have better chances at getting in to jobs, even when other people arguably deserve those positions better.
All this to say, congratulations on your achievement! It's a small step towards breaking down those social barriers, and I hope that one day we can all work towards making opportunities truly equitable.
