This looks stunning and I'm all in for native apps, but most people just don't care, unfortunately. Do you think this stands a chance against Visual Studio Code?
Most definitely it won't overtake VS Code. However even Panic themselves realize this and say that isn't their real goal. Will this have commercial success? I think it will, a lot of people want a native experience. I'd be happy to pay for that.
One way to accelerate their growth would be to support Atom/VSCode packages out of the box.
