Windows 10 isn't bloated and doesn't use a lot of hardware resources. It's the best version of Windows ever. Took everything good from windows 7 and improved it. I don't understand why people love windows 7 so fanatically
Yes it is, and way more than Linux, there's even a bunch of services of no use to the desktop user that keeps running on the background making the machine slow and slow,also there's the need of the constant anti virus running, NTFS file system is slower than Linux ext4, and that does not help either, the fact that you can have a Linux installation using just 2 GB of disk and using less than 500MB of RAM tells a lot
