Question about the 20/20/20 rule. Don't you find that very distracting? Like I can get lost in work for quite some time and it would annoy me losing that.

I do! It's super annoying when I am trying to really focus. A lot of times I won't do it, but I try to force myself as much as possible. I think getting in the habit of doing it (something I haven't gotten great at) makes it so you can just flow back into what you were doing afterwards. I find it easiest to do when I am thinking about some implementation. I can just kind of stare off into space.
