Trying to get in touch with people who interested in declarative use of web components, i.e. without JS. So far I was able to make a demo on components set for Paper Elements and some Vaadin. IMO it is way more efficient to use declarative syntax vs JS or another languages. The code volume reduced by level of magnitude, the number of potential errors - accordingly. It also makes DX(developer experience) more pleasant, and developer's performance improved.
