I felt Eurostar was especially important to highlight, given the environmental impact on flying anywhere. Especially when this other option exists.
If it's not reasonably close to a Eurostar terminal then flying would be the only sensible option. Unless, of course, you had a few days/weeks either side to commit to the slower options!
