I have some questions, regarding the "static site generator" part. I can't deploy this to, say, Github Pages and be done with it. I'd need to deploy "GraphCMS" somewhere, right? These "static site generators" that use a CMS aren't so static after all, they look more like a regular app with frontend and backend parts.. Thoughts?

You can't deploy GraphCMS, Gatsby pulls the data at build time and creates the page statically my friend.
