That's not perfect, but I think it's ok. The user will see a price in a foreign currency, they'll start your purchase flow, enter their location, and then see the correct price for their real location, before continuing and purchasing.
In most cases this is likely to end up with an unexpected discount, as I suspect there's a lot more people VPNing into the US from India (to avoid US-only content blocking) than into India from the US, for example.
