I finally got back running again! Years and years ago I trained really hard for a half marathon but once it was I over I just kind of... Stopped running 😂
I've been doing lots of yoga during lockdown which I'm definitely keeping up, but it's nice to get back to a bit of outdoors cardio too. Suffice to say I am very far from being able to run a continuous 5km let alone a half marathon 🤣
