Do you want advice on it? It's not very clear if you want advice or just want to show it off. So I'll just give you some advice which might be helpful.
It might be a good idea to utilize GitHub Pages so you have an actual website you can show people. A lot of hiring manager aren't technical and your portfolio might be amazing, but if it doesn't look inviting and seems very complicated, they might skip you before giving you a real chance.
Great job on documenting your projects through the blog posts though!
