So I can say that when hiring developers, a lot of factors are taken into account (primarily the price). The achievements are good too, but it may not reflect reality.

Blog post has one and only one purpose: to serve as a poorly disguised company advertisement. It's an ad, no more no less, the useful informational content is exactly zero. The only good thing is that you can see that it's an ad from a distance of 10 miles away.
