I tried to load a C compiler, and chose to follow Sudev Suresh Sreedevi's instructions in his article "GCC for Windows, How to install gcc in Windows 10 (the easier way).
The first step says to click on the link named "MinGW Official website" and it would take me to 'Downloads'.
Well it didn't, so I gave up!
