A few days ago (wow, just two, really?) Netlify announced a brand new feature for their platform, Analytics. As you can imagine, this is a feature ...
For further actions, you may consider blocking this person and/or reporting abuse
Great stuff. Netlify once again managed to surprise me.
I'm curious about one thing. Although you wrote the bandwith scale seems wrong, I wonder how much of traffic the free-tier bandwith can hold. In your case, 300k page views consume 2gb bandwith. Does this mean a website like yours can hold until 15 millions page views until the 100gb free bandwith expired? (assuming no other websites in your account, of course)
Um, I guess? To be honest, if I get to 15 million page views I'd be happy to pay more. :)
Nice. I'd rather use this in some ways than GA, even if I have to pay, as long as I can track goals and do customer tracking, e.g. URL Hash. I'm currently using Netlify and GA on my current project and I'm quite happy that both are free, but once we start making some money I am definitely happy to pay for Netlify Analytics mainly to reduce the amount of data Google has on us all.
Afaik, customer tracking and goals doesn't exist yet. Basically - what I showed is what you get. For now anyway.
