There is one more thing that leads to burnout is when you achieve something after grinding for it more than a month. It happened to me, when I was doing a project and I was so motivated to complete it so I completed it under a month but I got burn out as I was not knowing what to do after that so I just wasted my 2 months just chilling around to get motivated.
