Dang, I don't think it is unfortunately! I've wanted to do this before — tried to embed a playlist of an album but couldn't get it to work.
We do have a related feature request here on GitHub if you'd like to upvote. I just did so myself + added my own point — I'd like to be able to embed a video at a certain time stamp.
