Updates, not so much, more like fixes. For example, the mobile view is currently a little bit broken, so I've been tinkering with it one-and-off, but with our new family member (doggo), I've been finding it difficult to justify spending time coding when I could be spending time giving belly rubs.

I used to stress myself about it and force fixes and new features (on top of a 9h work day), but I can see it took its toll (always tired, never really happy with what I had). Now that I have a solid knowledge base (I administer my own server, host my own website on it, manage some services like Plex and nextcloud and perform pretty well in my job as a web dev), I find it more rewarding to spend quality time with my family.

I do have some projects set up over the Christmas break, but I don't pressure myself anymore. I find that this way I am more balanced, and through that, better equipped to deal with stressful times at work, a difficult customer.

Definitely a much more sustainable approach; completely understand. Thanks for sharing!
