Interesting article. Part what most interested me was about work hours. I have been in small conpany about 5 years and 8-hours-a-day was constant topic with my boss. Brought to table from time to time over the years. Interesting was fact, that u was able to be productive 3-4 hours regardles if i spent there 4 hours or 8. But math was against me. So did quit and started to freelance. to be at my original sallary i have to work 2-3 hours a day now. No commute, no shaming. That to freelancing :)
