So everybody should work long and hard to be able to succeed in interviews, like you did, because... ?
If people look over your shoulders and judge you constantly everyday at work, like managers do during interviews, asking you questions every 5 minutes "to see how you think" and breaking your flow, on tests which has nothing to do with the real job, you should definitely find another company.
It's not how it works. People support each others at work. They learn from each others. They build something real and (hopefully) useful. Interviews are completely different.
