First time hearing about this license. Do I need one?
I mean I didn't do changes to MATLAB, I just wrote code in MATLAB and sharing it via Github. Which normally many people are already doing. You can find people's MATLAB code on internet. I don't think it requires a license.

But as a contributor, don't you need a license to MATLAB? Or are there some free/scaled-down versions of MATLAB?
