This is how I talk to my non-technical designer

Sometimes you need to make it easy for people & it works out really well. Check this out, we have our all-time favorite article 'Why we moved from NoSQL MongoDB to PostgreSQL' and we wanted a featured image for the same.
I told my designer to create an image for that article and explained to him about the image something like this (See our Slack conversation)
