Laptops because these days they are more than powerful enough to do many things. Be it programming, video editing and gaming. And of course they are portable and light so there is no need to be forced to stay in a fixed location.
Desktops because I got nowhere else to go, and last time I tried using a Windows laptop, I was stupid and downloaded a ton of malware. Thinking about getting a dual-monitor.
