after along research for the good choice, finaly i decide to use tailwind. tailwind more flexible and strong enough to beat bootstrap. Tailwind offer more than framework do, there some feature i love like custom theme, minimize, etc. i think the bootstrap must do their best to following the trend, and the flexibility.
