since I moved from windows to MacBook I pretty much use iCloud (Desktop/Doc sync) for all documents and GitHub for projects. That's all, I don't really have any sensitive projects or files but if I there is something that I really like (eq app that I created) then I would zip that and store on iCloud and copy on Dropbox.
