Luckily no, since I work at an agency there's a) usually a outsourced/offshored support line-of-defence between the client and us, and b) there's not many urgencies in front-end-dev anyways.

Still on-call is vital for many services we all depend on daily.
If I had to do it, the stand-by-time would have to be paid half of the normal work-time, and the alert-working-time double.
