I'm just one point of view of many, but I'd say…

  • If you're mentioning your GitHub-Profile, maybe fill out a bit more of your profile-info on there. It looks a bit empty currently. Add a non-placeholder profile-image.
  • add your E-Mail-Address. Get one with your own domain (hi@shawnard.com or similar).
  • While you're at it, make a short but nice personal website. Show what you can do.
  • Link to the mentioned projects. Make sure they are available somewhere online. Or at least add some screenshots.
  • Shorten the "publications"-part a bit. It's good to have that in a general CV, but when you apply for tech-positions (outside the biology-field) it may not be as relevant.
