If you're mentioning your GitHub-Profile, maybe fill out a bit more of your profile-info on there. It looks a bit empty currently. Add a non-placeholder profile-image.
add your E-Mail-Address. Get one with your own domain (hi@shawnard.com or similar).
While you're at it, make a short but nice personal website. Show what you can do.
Link to the mentioned projects. Make sure they are available somewhere online. Or at least add some screenshots.
Shorten the "publications"-part a bit. It's good to have that in a general CV, but when you apply for tech-positions (outside the biology-field) it may not be as relevant.
