Some thoughts from top of my head (not necessarily best advice):
maybe you need better tutorials
maybe you need a roadmap (I'm not sure if you just do random tutorials or follow some curriculum)
choose a challenging project, but not impossible project. How about personal website or a portfolio. And put there all cool feature you have seen across the web. Find some website for inspiration (maybe awwwards.com/)
