Totally agree! Meetings have a bad reputation, because so many are redundant or drag on for too long. This is a real shame -- you can't substitute talking to someone (preferably in the same room, if possible).
Love the writing tips too. Have you read Stephen King's On Writing? It's the most enjoyable writing guide that I've read, and a lot of it applies to non-fiction too.
