In PHP is easy to change the output of errors in the log but to add specific integration with WordPress info like "What was the hook that created the issue?" is possible with a simple plugin to add in your dev suite :-)
Very helpful on production systems where you are trying to optimize everything also the plugins with contributions or patches.
