Before you start writing any code, you need to have a plan for it, also called an algorithm. And you must design it step by step, so computers have a clear understanding of the tasks you want them to do!

An algorithm is a set of instructions given in the correct order to help you find the solution to a specific problem.

Do you know how we like algorithms to be? Simple and easy to follow! So, remember! When you want to communicate with us, brainstorm a few different ideas. It's always good to have several options to choose from!

Now that you know what algorithms are, we'd like to share with you this story about how we teach our robot to give real hugs!
