CV and portfolio queries

Hi! I'm currently creating my CV and my portfolio as a trainee fullstack developer and some doubts have come to my mind the last days. I would really appreciate that some good and patient person could stop for one second and give me some help😥

  1. First of all, I am not very sure if openly showing my lack of knowledge of some frameworks (i.e.: I have started to learn React on my own cause the bootcamp I am currently participating in doesn't include it in the stack) will be the best practice.

  2. Second: I am a teacher- English, French and Spanish teacher, to be more specific! And I have been a teacher for the last 12 years! Should I take it off of my CV? Everyone is telling me that it doesn't matter, but I do think that it has given me certain skills which are essential.

  3. I have already started different projects that I would like to include in my portfolio, but they are not finished. I just don't want to show my Github profile with ONLY bootcamp and team projects. I would like to include projects that actually show my skills. Should I just finish one project and set it as the main one or should I continue working on the three different projects I've started and let them see my profile like that?

Apart from this, would you send CVs to companies when these points are not ready yet? My bootcamp will finish on October and I would like to go through several interviews before.

Thank you in advance and sorry for the drama!! hahaha
