I'm a friendly, non-dev, cisgender guy from NC who enjoys playing music/making noise, hiking, eating veggies, and hanging out with my best friend/wife + our 3 kitties + 1 greyhound.
I'm thinking it might work well to build out a single game over 30 days that would introduce many different mechanics of a specific engine like Unreal. Choosing to do it as a single game interests me because I think it would help illustrate the planning of a game, i.e. what to do first when creating a game and how to build off of that starting point.
But then I'm wondering, what single game could you build to illustrate a lot of different basic qualities and capabilities of the Unreal engine?

This sounds really cool.
