Going back to the title (I can't shake it), I'm irritated every time I hear "fullstack". I certainly do not aspire to become a fullstack dev, but I'm kind of de facto fullstack because I always end up having to work on everything from font-end to the database, and maybe even tweak the server (not much of that in a while, thankfully!) So I know how to do a lot of things, but I never really get a chance to really get good at something because whenever I start feeling comfortable, I'm thrown into something else (e.g., work on front-end for weeks and then, "oh, I need you to do this or that in the web service". It's all part of the job, of course, but it can be irritating at times.

I can relate to a lot of this.
