I don't think I'd lump Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code under the same heading. They are very different products, other than the name and that they're Microsoft product. The same can be said of Visual Studio for Mac (which is really Xamarin Studio rebranded).
Could you tell me what you mean by "web advancement instrument"? Maybe I just need more coffee (maybe take out the "maybe", really :) ), but I can't figure out what that means exactly.
