We actually had a pretty long conversation about this. Someone's sex is not necessarily visibly apparent and people's gender is more often what they display outwardly. That being said, if there was a situation where someone was discriminated against based on sex, they could write that in the "Other" space. Thank you for your question!

Why do you only ask for discrimination based on gender identity and not for discrimination based on sex? This looks a bit biased.

I feel deeply hurt and discriminated by your explanation. To me seems as if there is a try to hide the discrimination against women.
