The most dominant tools for NodeJS developers.

NodeJS is becoming popular day by day due to its flexibility, efficiency, and reliability. This puts the onus back on the developers to keep building Node.js applications. It is generally used to develop intensive web applications. However, developers need to use such tools which can up-lift their productivity.

The following Node.js application monitoring tools will help you enhance your workflow.

1.Webpack

Webpack is a module bundler that takes modules and generates static assets to represent those modules. Webpack enables you to package a fully dynamic application into static files that you can then upload and deploy to your server. This allows you to significantly reduce your application’s initial loading time. Another great feature of webpack is its code-splitting ability that allows you to split your codebase into chunks that can be loaded on demand.

2. Broccoli.js

This build tool follows a tree structure (which is a collection of nodes and plugins) for structuring the build pipeline that stores subdirectories and files.

Another cool feature of Broccoli is that it ships with a built-in server for development that allows you to host your assets on a local HTTP server. By using this tool, you can save a lot of your development time and increase the productivity of your development team.

3.Babel

Babel is used to generating backward-compatible JavaScript lines of codes for older JavaScript engines. The best part is that it can run ECMAScript 2015+ (ES6+) code. In addition, Babel is an open-source JavaScript development tool that allows you to use multiple programming languages.

Using Babel, developers can use the latest JavaScript features by converting their source code to a form that web browsers can understand. Moreover, Babel plugins convert non-standard syntax into a backward-compatible version. In addition, it can automatically inject polyfills offered by core JS for support features that are entirely lacking in JavaScript environments.

4. Electrode.js

The best thing about ElectrodeJS is that both React and NodeJS programs run on it, making it a versatile platform. In addition, Electrode Explorer and Electrify are part of the best practices, standardized frameworks, and current technologies. These tools allow you to see your electrode's module tree, documentation, and how the io + Webpack project bundles are brought together.

to be honest, I never really used babel, with presets, plugins,... the setup got so complex. and then a few. times they broke compatibility,... just a pain in the ass. that absolutely bring me into the hands of webpack with typescript.
