Wonderful article. I've realised over the past couple of years that the environment I put myself in matters a whole lot when it comes to my personal growth. Simply pushing myself through a bad environment isn't nearly as effective as allowing a good environment to pull me forward. And whether our current environment is good or bad is largely our own responsibility
