Bought a house 3 weeks ago. Spent part of last week and the weekend rebuilding a bathroom floor and replacing the toilet. Old toilet had apparently been leaking for quite a while. Wood layer between subfloor and tile was soaked/crumbly. #surprise#homeprojects
