Yeah tbh this is gonna be my first and last article on Dev.to

Like I know this is a hot topic, and I mention another library (which I also say you prob don’t need, it’s literally a collection of variables), but damn. They be coming for my throat lol.

I too hope you write more articles. Promoting debate is good, the response you've got does contain some comments that show a surprising level of vitriol to something that you've clearly thought about deeply and inspired something you've given to the community for free. We don't have to agree with your conclusions to thank you for your work and your effort in creating this piece.

I thought your post was very well written. I hope you continue writing here!

These angry developers feel like they have the one true answer, that their experiences and conclusions must make sense for everyone else. They act like they have ownership over the technology they use because they made the choice to use it, and that these choices represent them as people.

It's immature, disappointing, and in some cases results in cruel and compassionless responses.

You don't deserve this, at all.

These people need to step back and self reflect some.

I'm so sorry for all the hate comments you get. I, for one, enjoyed your article as it was neither one of these "Tailwind is the best damn thing" articles nor a "Tailwind is total crap" article.

And as for what Tailwind can and cannot do: Everyone should just make up their own mind instead of coming for other peoples opinions.

I hope you'll write more articles!
