Yup, when I wrote the post I tried to do it that way, because I really think it can be applied to a multitude of job postings.
It's true that the tech industry has far more tolerance and willingness to better their job offers, since the demand is higher than the offer, but it would be awesome to have this type of care and human interaction everywhere. A gargabe-person or cleaning-person jobs are way more important than a developer job. Just look at what happen when, for example, they strike. It really shows how much we all depend on those people and shed some light on the lack of importance and care we give them.
