I am working on a app that will be using authentication, I haven't determined which service I will use yet, so I have a couple of questions.

haven’t had any issues with scaling.
haven’t had any male downtime, reliability has been good.
have had a couple issues that would be considered major. But the response has been lightning fast and very professional

I haven't got eyes on how much we are paying, as it's a enterprise contract. But as someone who has used them independently I think they're pretty reasonable. And they're free for open source!
Definitely. It can be a little bit of a learning curve to get set up at first, but it definitely reduces the hassle of building your own solution.
It's a large utility company.
