Excellent!

Spot on ... you need to take little steps, and just start doing something ... if you focus on "achieving something big, fast" you'll end up disappointed and/or frustrated. Just start, take small steps, but do it, do it every day (or week, or whatever schedule you've set), and do it consistently.

Don't think about the "result", think about the "journey".
