I absolutely love The Phoenix Project.

It's my "go to" book recommendation for executives and leaders looking to get the most out of technology in their organisations.

The great trick about the book is that absolutely anyone who's been involved in IT or the running of a business will be taken along a very familiar road. The situations in the book are super relatable, which I think is what gives it its power.

Anyone can read some technical paper/book about how changing practice X improves team efficiency by Y. But watching (or reading) that play out in real time is what helps folks to realise it's actually possible to improve.
