I think diaries are generally more useful to the writer rather than to a reader 🙂
So, it might need a dedicated place to be posted (and subscribed to) — maybe a personal website or a dedicated GitHub repo, idk.
Take this previous post — I can co-appreciate that you've learned more debugging tricks and hosted a workshop, but... I can't gain any useful knowledge from that. Maybe, for public access, this could be presented in a shorter form of a "today I learned X" — where X could be "for debugging docker - run this command …" or maybe "students will pay more attention if …" .
And you can write a diary for personal gains and publish tips (summaries) for the wide public!
All this is surely IMHO.
