I tend to prioritise on whether an issue is service rather than ego affecting. If there are two service issues, I decide whether resolving the simpler one first is better, otherwise it risks being a consistent distractor resolving the more complex issue. If not, I'll inform the owner of that issue of any delay, and for them to contact the other problem owner if they want to discuss it. The biggest problem to resolving issues is other people.
