Thanks for sharing your experience @argahutagalung ! I have the same problem from time to time, but when I was a junior I had it ALL THE TIME! I thought was something wrong with me. As I became more experienced I realised two things:

  1. Everyone gets stuck. I saw many very senior developers struggling and facing their walls. Now I know it's part of the development process. My favourite article on the topic: skamille.medium.com/how-do-individ...
  2. For a manager it's one of the hardest tasks to keep people happy. Everything else can be figured out, but people are miracle species :)
