True. We're training people on a new stack now. It's very time consuming and leaves them frustrated often. This is why I say it takes 1.5 years to become an SME. The key is to stay focused and never give up. That's what I did most recently with Angular.

1.5 Years really is a much more accurate estimate. There's a real tendency to overpromise how quickly you can learn everything (Learn X in Y minutes).
The reality being technology is incredibly complicated, fast moving, and there is so much to learn. Laser focus is absolutely key 👍
