Uh yeah, starting a business can be a mess sometimes. I've personally started two businesses (the first one failed miserably).
What I've learned is that you should be prepared for everything. Also, outsource as much as you can, because there is no way you can do everything yourself.
For starting a business, I would suggest Singapore. As someone mentioned, it's a paradise for new businesses. I personally have used Sleek for this. Their accounting and corp sec services are par to none. If you visit their bookkeeping services page sleek.com/sg/accounting-for-clients/, you'll see that they offer much for a very reasonable price.
